Qualification MBA from IIMs or equivalent Total Experience 10 Years

Desired Skills:

  • 10 years of progressive experience in brand management and marketing.
  • Proven experience in leading large marketing teams and successful product and brand launches.
  • MBA from IIMs or equivalent prestigious institution.
  • Extensive experience in dealing with advertising agencies and overseeing the creation of impactful ads.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Should be a team manager and must have handled 10+ team size if marketing executives and managers.
  • Should have worked as a Brand Champion/ Custodian in his career.
  • Should have handled multiple product/ project launches with 360 degree launch campaigns
  • Must have worked/ handled large advertising agencies.
  • Should have handled marketing budgets of Rs.25 Crores and above per annum.
  • Should be a thinker/ innovator and should be able to create opportunities in adversities
  • Must possess the ability to understand data and be a data driven professional with attention to details.
  • Must be knowledgeable to handle digital marketing.
