Mr. Manoj Namburu brings with him 3 decades of professional experience along with an extensive network and goodwill, serving customers with high levels of ethics and integrity. He has lived and worked in the US for 10 years. Prior to founding Alliance Group/ Urbanrise, Mr. Manoj Namburu was the CEO of Magma Consulting Inc. based in Pleasanton, California, USA, where he has spent a significant amount of time helping clients to improve their bottom lines through the adaptation of emerging technologies. In his current role as Chairman and Managing Director of Alliance Group/ Urbanrise, Mr. Namburu has defined the group’s vision and management strategies. He has helped the organization keep itself firmly focused and committed to its delivery of quality to customers and to the organizational values and mission. He is the author of the much sought after book “Moguls of Real Estate”. Mr. Manoj is also the proud recipient of the “Economic Times AceTech” award for the “Leaders of Indian Infrastructure and Construction” and ‘Global Indian of the Year 2019, which recognized him for his contribution to the Indian real estate industry.

Mr. Suneel Bommireddy a serial entrepreneur has built several successful business enterprises. He holds a Civil Engineering degree from SV University. In his 26 years’ of experience, Mr.Bommireddy has conceived and developed several mega real estate developments across the golden triangle – Bangalore, Chennai & Hyderabad. He has experience in strategizing and building various businesses. In this role he heads the Strategic finance, legal, liaison and land acquisitions functions. Mr.Bommireddy has closed funding deals worth over Rs.2,000 crores as on date with various marquee equity firms across the globe namely Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), Kotak Realty Fund, Indo Star, Reliance Capital, Westport Capital and many more. Mr. Suneel Bommireddy was awarded the Greatest Leader – Real Estate, 2019.

Mr. Pothireddy has a Masters in Engineering and has worked for 11 years in the USA, known for endeavouring diligence in senior leadership positions with four software companies in the US. After returning to India, he started a real estate company and developed several real estate projects in Hyderabad and was also simultaneously holding the role of CEO and Board of Director with Navayuga Infotech and has grown that company from a 50 employee company to a 1200 member team with operations in India, US, Europe and Africa. His experience has a healthy blend of Professional Management Expertise and Entrepreneurship. Mr. Pothireddy has also been awarded the Most Admired Leader 2018, by ERTC Media.

Mr. Kamallakar Shet was Chairman & Managing Director of Syndicate Bank from Sep 2004 to Jan 2005, handling a business of INR 74,000 Crores. Known for his excellent skills to establish, develop and maintain the financial sector businesses like banking and mutual funds, he was instrumental in creating highly motivated teams at Syndicate Bank and Canara Bank. He has handled diversified portfolios over a period of 36 years in Canara Bank & Syndicate Bank in various capacities in states like Maharashtra, Punjab, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Delhi and Haryana and travelled extensively across the world.

Mr. Rajendra Joshi, is currently serving as Executive Director – Sales & Marketing for Alliance Group & Urbanrise. Mr. Rajendra Joshi has done Masters in Physics form University Of Jodhpur and MBA from University of Ajmer, He comes with 3 decades of rich experience in various sectors with over 12 years in real estate industry and balance in Banking and Financial services. He has been instrumental in launching many brands in financial services and residential real estate sector in South Indian metros. Mr Joshi’s expertise has been handling large & diverse teams in his stint in various organizations that he has worked in. He has been involved in launching and building brands. During his previous experience he has been associated in launching brands like IDBI Bank, BHW Home Finance , Anagram Finance , Zuari, Infraworld , Bollineni Hillside and few more such brands.
