Roles & Responsibilities
- Make daily calls to the leads provided as per the target.
- Achieve the target on a daily / weekly basis.
- Convert leads to customer site visits.
- Explain our projects in detail to the customers.
- Answer customer queries promptly.
- Co-ordinate with the sales team to fix appointments for customers.
- Escalate calls to the next level in case support is required.
- Address customers' concerns and suggest the respective product.
- Should be good at analytics, pricing details etc.
- Adaptive to work on weekends / rapidly changing circumstances.
Desired Skills
- Must have 5 years experience in outbound calling / product sales.
- Preferably from the Real Estate industry or any industry with outbound selling (calling) experience.
- Should have worked in a sales target / result oriented environment.
- Should be aggressive and know telephone etiquette.
- Should have very good convincing skills.
- Must possess excellent communication skills and be fluent in English, Telugu and Hindi.
