Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and deliver successful training programs for the sales frontline and sales leadership teams.
- Conduct induction and on-boarding training for new joiners.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews and consultation with managers.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and continuously improve them.
- Coach and mentor sales teams to improve performance and productivity.
- Maintain training records, calendars and reports.
Desired Skills
- MBA with certifications in training (preferably from NIS Sparta or other reputed training institutions).
- 10 - 15 years experience in Sales / Sales Training / Coaching (5 - 6 years experience in sales training / coaching sales teams is mandatory).
- Experience designing and delivering successful training programs in a customer-facing direct sales organisation.
- Significant sales and sales leadership experience before moving to training.
- Highly energetic, analytical and passionate about training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
