Desired Skills:

Any degree or diploma with 10 – 15 yrs experience in Real Estate Sales, handling a team of 15 – 20 people directly, with excellent communication and leadership qualities.

1.       Should have worked in Real Estate and Insurance Sales

2.       Should  have handled a team of minimum 15-20 members

3.       Must be a go-getter with good leadership & communication skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

DST CHANNEL MANAGER

    1. Ensure target is achieved by his team, able to coach and motivate his team.
    2. To talk to all 25 every day once and find out what they are doing for the day and their plan
    3. Collects List of prospects from SOs and Updates them in LMS
    4. Confirms Homes Visits with SOs and gets introduced on Video call with customers. Helps SOs in getting SV confirmed with customers – Updates in LMS the status of site visits.
    5. Accompanies SOs on Home visits to train them on Presentation skills
    6. Assigns Confirmed SVs to respective Project Heads, and take update on closures
    7. Collect DSR every day evening and consolidate and flashes performance
    8. Organises marketing collaterals  / Product updates as and when required
    9. Process their attendance / Sales closures to Channel Head for salaries and Incentive processing 
    10. Keep record of all SV, home visits and prospects and Closures – Updates them in LMS 
    11. Organise training of SOs- two times a month
    12. F2F meeting with SO- once a week ( minimum )
