REPORTING TO: CMO

 

JD OF VP- SALES

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing sales of 4 real estate projects with 8 Team leaders reporting directly into you with an overall team size of about 50 to 60 strong sales people working in your team
  • Responsible for achieving weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual sales goals
  • Creating & executing sales strategies for the projects you head
  • Conduct weekly review meetings with your team leaders
  • Spend one day in each project marketing offices to review sales teams performance & coaching the sales teams & sales leaders
  • Give lead flow targets to marketing team following up with marketing regarding leads
  • Working closely with Head channel partners and generate sales from channel partners
  • Working closely with CRM team to get all bookings converted into agreements
  • Work closely with tele-calling team to get maximum support of leads
  • Training and grooming the sales leaders and sales team to become the top performers in entire Hyderabad market
  • Time to time remove all weak sales people and replace them with quality sales people
  • Weekly review presentations to CMD along with CMO
  • Preparing MIS reports
  • Support land acquisition efforts by visiting lands and doing feasibility of the same

  • We are looking for a Leader with any graduation with MBA preferably having 10 – 15 years of experience in real estate sales/ residential sales is must.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ability to handle a team of 5 – 8 frontline sales professionals
  • Strong sales and marketing skills in real estate industry
  • Handle a team of 6 to 10 sales force – responsible of their sales targets.
  • Develop and drive sales initiatives to achieve set goals by mentoring and motivating the sales team
  • Developing, Enhancing, implementing of comprehensive Sales strategies & other promotional activities for various projects to create new markets, achieve targeted sales.
  • Aggressively driving Sales Planning, Forecasting and Sales & Customer Service Management
  • Devising new and innovative selling and promotional techniques / schemes
  • Competitor Trend Monitoring and Competitor Benchmarking in order to effectively balance competing priorities to full fill all customer expectations i.e., keeping abreast with competitor residential property offerings, pricing, location, quality, etc.
  • Educating the client with the market trends, keeping them aware with the rental returns and the price appreciation they may get after investing in our properties.
  • Adaptive to work on weekend / rapidly changing circumstances

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing CRM team of 8 to 12 projects. Will have 4 AGM/DGM level leaders who will handle 4 to 5 projects each. You will manage an overall team size of about 50 to 60 people
  • Strong coaching/mentoring/training skills on customer management. Responsible to train entire CRM team on a monthly basis on skill sets of ‘customer care’
  • Managing the team of CRM department
  • Responsible for customer satisfaction and delight
  • Responsible to support the project progress by ensuring cash flow/timely collections
  • Manage all TAT’s (Turnaround times) of all service issues and ensure customer delight
  • Planning processes for the department to ensure smooth flow of work
  • Single point custodian of all documents (agreements, sale deeds etc.. etc..). Responsible for safe keep of all documents
