Home Loan Executive - Hyderabad

4+ yrs experience in Home Loan process in Home Loan Industry or Real Estate Developer

Designation Sr.Executive/AM Department to Co-ordinate CRM, Sales
Qualification Any degree, preferably MBA Total Experience 4 – 8 years exp
Reporting to CRM Manager/AGM Home Loan Place of work Madhapur
Desired Skills:
  • 5 – 8  years’ experience in Home Loan Sales in Banks or Real Estate industry
  • Able to work on volume/disbursement of home loan within timelines 

 

Roles & Responsibilities:
  1. Experience in handling home loans to customers in Hyderabad.
  2. Understands and knowledge of home loan in different banks/institutions.
  3. Able to achieve monthly collection targets.  
  4. Has very good relationship with Banks/NBFCs etc
  5. Through knowledge of home loan process/TATs/Percentages/APF/Regulations/Compliances/Income tax criterias/ Pradhan Mandri Home Loan Schemens /GST / RERA compliances etc
  6. Can able to handle independently the entire home loan process to the customer.  
  7. Establishing contact and developing relationships with senior people with Bankers and recommending solutions.
  8. Should guide the team in following the company’s policy, system, software & reports etc
  9. Updating all necessary information in the ERP
  10. Delivering reports to the Management/Head CRM
  11. Should be a Go Getter, Team Leader and Target Oriented
  12. Always Customer Focused with good Analytical Skills
  13. Should be aggressive with excellent communication skills
  14. Adaptive to work on weekend / rapidly changing circumstances
