- Able to work on volume/disbursement of home loan within timelines

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Experience in handling home loans to customers in Hyderabad.
- Understands and knowledge of home loan in different banks/institutions.
- Able to achieve monthly collection targets.
- Has very good relationship with Banks/NBFCs etc
- Through knowledge of home loan process/TATs/Percentages/APF/Regulations/Compliances/Income tax criterias/ Pradhan Mandri Home Loan Schemens /GST / RERA compliances etc
- Can able to handle independently the entire home loan process to the customer.
- Establishing contact and developing relationships with senior people with Bankers and recommending solutions.
- Should guide the team in following the company’s policy, system, software & reports etc
- Updating all necessary information in the ERP
- Delivering reports to the Management/Head CRM
- Should be a Go Getter, Team Leader and Target Oriented
- Always Customer Focused with good Analytical Skills
- Should be aggressive with excellent communication skills
- Adaptive to work on weekend / rapidly changing circumstances
