Designation AGM Sales – DST Vertical – Hyderabad Department to Co-ordinate Sales/Mktg/Corp
Qualification Any degree, pref MBA Total Experience 15 yrs
Reporting to 2 Manager and 100 SO’s Place of work -----
Desired Skills:

Any degree with 15 – 20 yrs experience in Real Estate Sales, handling 2 Channel Managers and a large team (100 independent DST Sales Officers) under each Channel Manager, with excellent communication and leadership qualities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  1. Responsible for the entire DST team’s performance.
  2. His first assignment would be to Recruit, Train, Deploy 100 Sales officers to deliver 100 Sales in 100 days
  1. He would be Supported by 2 – 4 Channel Managers who would manage the Frontline Sales officers on Lead generation, Prospecting and organizing SV
  2. Drives the overall DST business.
  3. To review the daily/weekly/ quarterly performance of each channel manager and his team and provide support wherever required.
  4. Ensure target is achieved by his team, able to coach and motivate his team.
  5. Confirms Homes Visits with SOs and gets introduced on Video call with customers. Helps SOs in getting SV confirmed with customers – Updates in LMS the status of site visits.
  6. Accompanies SOs on Home visits to train them on Presentation skills
  7. Assigns Confirmed SVs to respective Project Heads, and take update on closures
  8. Review Daily DSR and report to the management.
  9. Organises marketing collaterals / Product updates as and when required
  10. Process their attendance / Sales closures for salaries and Incentive processing and approval etc
  11. Keep record of all SV, home visits and prospects and Closures – Updates them in LMS
  12. Organise training of SOs- two times a month
  13. F2F meeting with SO- once a week ( minimum )
