Roles & Responsibilities
- Make daily calls to the leads provided as per the target.
- Achieve the target on a daily / weekly basis.
- Convert leads to customer site visits.
- Explain our projects in detail to the customers.
- Answer customer queries promptly and co-ordinate with the sales team to fix appointments.
- Address customers' concerns and suggest the respective product.
- Adaptive to work on weekends / rapidly changing circumstances.
Desired Skills
- 5+ years hardcore tele-sales experience in outbound calls (product selling).
- Preferably from the Real Estate industry.
- Should have worked in a sales target / result oriented environment.
- Should be aggressive and know telephone etiquette.
- Should have very good convincing skills.
- Must possess excellent communication skills and be fluent in English and Tamil or be multilingual.
